Hampton Inn Grand Island Hampton Inn Grand Island offers an excellent stay—clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment you arrive. The location is incredibly convenient, just minutes from the airport, making travel easy and stress-free. Coffee is available 24 hrs. A great place to rest, refresh, and enjoy reliable quality every time.
All the staff were wonderful and respectful. Pool and hot tub were fully functional. Breakfast was okay. Limited variety. -Negatives were the rooms were dated, toilet broke (huge plus, they fixed it within 10 minutes), pool needs a deep cleaning, hallway carpets need replaced, rust in the tube, and the thermostat didn't work. Faint smell of cigarette smoke throughout the building. I expected more for what I paid. Great location overall. Just needs updates.
The purpose of this review is to Rate “Ride with Chaz”. The staff at the Hampton are very friendly!! They gave me Chaz’s number for a ride service from the airport to the Hampton. He is a very nice guy and prompt!! I HIGHLY recommend Chaz and his service! Thank you Tammy at Hampton for the recommendation
The rooms and everything at this hotel are just about to undergo extensive renovations - but I like the older furnishings - oh well. All team members I encountered impeccably embodied hospitality - I hope that doesn't get renovated away! My one night stay turned out really restful, relaxing, and refreshing.
This hotel is a super cute hotel! My phone in the room didn't work but it was fine because Ms. Brooklyn at the front desk took it upon herself to walk up to my room to see what I needed. I'm a Front Desk Manager at a Double Tree and I watch out for great service when I visit another hotel. Brooklyn exceeded my expectations. Also, housekeeping did a great job! That was the best-made bed I have ever seen!!
Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful! Lobby and rooms were clean. The room was big and comfortable, and AC was cold! Lobby had fresh baked cookies when we checked in Fresh coffee and water in the lobby 24/7. Thank you!
Close to the shopping spots. Some rooms come with a hot tub. Somewhat careless staff. Good breakfast but disappointing nighttime snacks (rationed cookies or trail mix). Vending machines seem broken. Broken pool. Not the best views of the city. Three stars and a half, not four.
We stayed for a couple days last month. The hotel was dated but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and my sister liked that they had different options for waffle batter (plain and flavored). We needed a pet friendly hotel and this was a great, affordable option.
